1. About Limited
Limited is a marketplace connecting buyers with verified local retail stores selling authentic, like-new products at competitive prices. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase. By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Purchase requests
Placing an order creates a purchase request that the partner store must accept within 48 hours. During this window the listing is held and unavailable to other buyers. If the store declines or the window expires, the listing returns to sale and no charge is made.
Payment is collected on delivery (cash on delivery) or as agreed with our operations team via SMS or WhatsApp. Online payment is not currently available.
4. Seller obligations
Partner stores agree to list only authentic products they own and that match the condition described. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension. Stores must respond to purchase requests within 48 hours.
5. Delivery
Limited coordinates delivery from the partner store to the buyer using our own courier network. Estimated delivery times are indicative; we aim to deliver within 24 hours of acceptance. In-store pickup is not currently offered.
6. Returns & disputes
If the product you receive does not match its listed condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and work to make it right. We reserve the right to arrange a return at no cost to you in cases of clear misrepresentation.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — including AI-generated listing copy, marketing images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Limited. You may not copy, redistribute, or use this content commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Limited acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. To the extent permitted by Albanian law, our liability for any single transaction is capped at the purchase price of the product.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
